Contemplating, sometimes
I've wasted so many days and nights -
I know I shouldn't waste more regretting what has gone

I've thrown away at least half of my life
Oh, now I've come this far, I don't think I can stop

I've got a mountain to climb
It's just occurred to me how high
But I suppose that, rather than considering it, I'd better just get on

I'll never manage it - I'm in a state of shock!

Procrastinating, sometimes
The thought often passes through my mind
That I don't know how much longer I have got

Procrastinating, sometimes
The harsh truth has opened my eyes
That I could go under a milkfloat or trip over an atom bomb

I've got a mountain to climb
Somehow I've got to get to the sky
A greater strength than knowing what you are is knowing what you're not

For fuck's sake, it's just a lump of rock!

Nothing better than standing at the top.
